This iconic form for a water vessel and cup was born by playing and connecting two conical volumes.
Thanks to the nature of this shape, Keiji Takeuchi was able to build glass towers like the tall buildings seen in cities - hence, High Rise. The unique detail for the connection point was achieved by studying a way to fuse two elements in glass.
The matching tumblers from the series are able to nest inside the top of the carafe creating a unique storage opportunity in addition to acting as a lid.
The carafe is perfect for patios, tabletop or nightstands.
