Nihonbashi Kiya is a cutlery brand that has been in business since the mid-Edo period, and is often referred to as the “Kiya Cutlery Shop”. Their main products are their kitchen knives, but they also offer cutting tools such as scissors and nail clippers, as well as a wide variety of metallic goods such as pots. They are also known for their blade sharpening skills and services. Established in 1792.
